How I work.

Three ways to get AI doing real work in your business. Each one stands alone. Most clients use them in order.

Identify Plan Implement.

Three distinct phases. Three fixed deliverables. No ambiguity, no scope creep.

AI Process Audit

£495

What it is

Find out exactly where AI saves you time. I look at how your business actually runs, point to the workflows losing the most hours to manual work, and tell you which AI opportunities are worth pursuing first. You walk away knowing what to do, what it's worth, and what to avoid wasting money on.

Why it works

This is the same end-to-end process-mapping discipline I used delivering a company wide process improvement project at a national UK Building Society, applied now to identifying AI opportunities, not just system bottlenecks.

Outcome

You know exactly where AI fits in your business, and what it's worth.

Deliverable
Written audit report plus 90-minute walkthrough call.
Timeline
5 days
Investment
£495

AI Implementation Roadmap

£2,500 to £5,000 depending on business complexity

What it is

Turn the findings into a step-by-step plan. What you build first, what you build second, what you buy off the shelf, what you don't, who does what, and how to keep it all safe. Detailed enough to execute, whether with me or someone else.

Outcome

A plan ready to execute, with or without me.

Deliverable
Roadmap document, vendor recommendations, governance framework, executive presentation pack.
Timeline
2-3 weeks
Investment
£2,500 to £5,000 depending on business complexity

Fractional AI Operations

£3,500 per month

What it is

Get me building AI into your business, three days a month. I build, deploy, train your team, and make sure it keeps working. You don't have to hire a Head of AI. You don't have to manage a vendor. You get the implementation done, properly.

Outcome

AI working in production in your business, not sitting in a slide deck.

Deliverable
Continuous AI implementation, monthly progress reports, governance oversight.
Timeline
Ongoing retainer, minimum 6 months
Investment
£3,500 per month

Before you book.

No, and most clients don't. Phase 1 is a structured audit of where AI actually fits in your business, scored against impact, effort, and risk. You leave with a prioritised roadmap, not a slide deck.

Yes. Each phase stands on its own. Some firms use Phase 1 to inform their internal roadmap, others go straight to Phase 2 to design a specific solution. There's no obligation to continue.

Most consultants stop at the recommendation. I deliver Phase 3, the actual implementation, either directly or alongside your internal team. The advice and the build come from the same person.

UK SMEs, typically £2m to £20m turnover. Strong fit with regulated industries (financial services, professional services) and operationally complex businesses where compliance, accuracy, and process discipline matter.

As standard, before any commercial conversation. Most engagements involve sensitive client data, internal process detail, or regulated workflows, so confidentiality is the starting point.

Phase 1 takes 5 days. Day one and two are discovery and process mapping. Day three and four are opportunity scoring and prioritisation. Day five is report finalisation. Phase 2 (the Implementation Roadmap) runs four to six weeks.

Every recommendation is assessed against the regulatory posture of the firm. For FCA-regulated clients, that means explicit thinking about Consumer Duty outcomes, SM&CR accountability, model risk, audit trails, and data handling. AI gets deployed where governance can support it, not where it creates exposure.

Off-the-shelf wins on speed and cost when the fit is good. Custom wins when your process is the moat, the data is sensitive, or the available tools force compromises you can't accept. The default is the cheapest tool that does the job properly. Bespoke builds are recommended only when the case is clear.

Realistic targets vary by use case. Process automation typically pays back in three to nine months. Advice or analysis tooling takes longer to measure but compounds. Every opportunity in Phase 1 is scored with a credible payback inside twelve months, so the business case is visible before any build starts.

Yes. Most engagements run in parallel with internal teams, not around them. The audit and roadmap are designed to be handed over cleanly. Implementation can be delivered by me, by your team with my support, or jointly. The objective is capability that survives after I leave.

Free, no pitch. We'll talk about where you are, where you want AI to be, and whether the audit is the right next step.
