Spent 2025 building AI-powered marketing systems for SMEs on my own time, brand work, ecommerce builds, marketing operations. One client saw a 125% lift in inbound leads. That experimentation became the foundation for NuFlw.

How I think about the work.
Process before tools.
Most AI initiatives fail because the underlying process is broken. Map the work first. Pick the tool last. Banking taught me that, the hard way.
Implement, don't just advise.
A deck is not a deliverable. If AI doesn't make it into production in your business, the work isn't done. That's why Phase 3 exists.
